Payment Methods

Full payment must be paid by the deadlines. Confirmation letter will be issued upon the clearance of payment.

●   Credit Card

  • - Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
  • - All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
  • - The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the fixed rate. (USD1 = KRW 1,350)

●   Bank Transfer

  • - All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • - The sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.
  • - Please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the APOA HULS 2023 Secretariat by e-mail (reg@apoahuls.org) after writing the registrant’s name on the bank remittance receipt.
  • - Please observe the relevant registration deadlines.
  •   Registration fees depend on the date the payment is received in our account and will be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline.
  • - Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the registrants.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.

- Written requests for cancellation should be sent by email reg@apoahuls.org

- The meeting will refund registration fees to prepaid participants who cancelled their registration in the amount of the refund based on the date of cancellation.

- Refunds will be made by cancellation of credit card before pre-registration date or bank transfer after the end of APOA HULS 2023.

- All bank charges are the responsibility of the registrant.

- Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.

  • Cancellation by 31st May, 2023

    50% of Registration fee

  • Cancellation from 1st June, 2023

    No refund
